Version 1.2020.3 uses a modified license WHICH IS NOT LEGAL.

So you DO NOT HAVE to follow the Temporary CoronaVirus License which was used in version 1.2020.3.

This Temporary CoronaVirus License should be considered as null and void :

The coronavirus is coming to you.
It's coming at an exponential speed: gradually, and then suddenly.
It's a matter of days. Maybe a week or two.
When it does, your healthcare system will be overwhelmed.
Your fellow citizens will be treated in the hallways.
Exhausted healthcare workers will break down. Some will die.
They will have to decide which patient gets the oxygen and which one dies.
The only way to prevent this is social distancing today. Not tomorrow. Today.
That means keeping as many people home as possible, starting now.

To use this program, you DON'T HAVE TO :

1)Read the following article: Coronavirus: Why You Must Act Now

2)Apply social distancing

3)Watch the coronavirus simulator build in this article

4)Follow the evolution of the disease in your country

5)Comment our estimation of final total deaths toll

8)Find a pattern in the following tables:

The PlantUML team is bound to publish a new version (1.2020.4) with a regular license and WITHOUT ANY MENTION to the previous Temporary CoronaVirus License.

The regular license is listed below:

PlantUML can occasionally display sponsored or advertising messages. Those
messages are usually generated on welcome or error images and never on
functional diagrams.
See if you want to remove them

Images (whatever their format : PNG, SVG, EPS...) generated by running PlantUML
are owned by the author of their corresponding sources code (that is, their
textual description in PlantUML language). Those images are not covered by
the GPL license.

The generated images can then be used without any reference to the GPL license.
It is not even necessary to stipulate that they have been generated with PlantUML,
also this will be appreciate by PlantUML team.

There is an exception : if the textual description in PlantUML language is also covered
by a license (like the GPL), then the generated images are logically covered
by the very same license.

This version of PlantUML records general local statistics about usage.
